安卓卸载应用后打开网址实现方法uninstallWatcher

实现功能:当我们的应用被卸载的时候可以打开一个网页,我们可以使用这个功能来记录我们的应用何时被卸载了,可以在链接上传递用户的一些信息如ClientKey之类的在我们后台进行动态的监控实现更强大的功能等,也可以在弹出的页面中设置表单,允许用户提交卸载原因和建议等,方便我们做出改进。
